After your order is placed in our Shop section, you will be able to tick the payment

method you prefer. Payments can be done with Paypal, or by sending the money to

our bank account, using the information below (bank account no, IBAN, BIC).

Non Euro-country-customers: please make sure that your payment is in EURO and note

that additional cost for international/foreign currency payments are for the account of

the customer.

 

 

Our Terms and Conditions

 

SERVICE We expect to dispatch most orders within three days, after payment is received

on our account. We are committed to offering the best possible range of products to our

customers, especially rare and hard to find items for classic Volvo series. Please be

aware that, due to the specialist nature of our catalogue, occasional delays can occur

which may prevent us from delivering your order within our stated delivery time. If there

is a severe delay to your order we will do our best to contact you.

PRIVACY STATEMENT At Volvogue we are committed to ensure that your privacy is pro-

tected. We will not pass on your details to outside agencies. It is not our policy to in-

undate you with unwanted mail or unsolicited emails. If you don't want to receive mail,

please contact us.

(TRAFFIC) REGULATIONS We only deliver products with the highest quality available,

meeting OEM specifications where applicable. For instance, our bumper striping’s are

approved for usage in European traffic (UN/ECE Regulation 104; indicated with a hard

to see ‘watermarked’ stamp on the striping). However, we cannot be up to date with local

regulations, worldwide. For that reason, the buyer should always take the local regula-

tions into his or her account, when buying, installing and using Volvogue products. 

NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE We want you to be completely happy with your Volvogue pro-

ducts. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible via

guarantee@volvogue.com  You can return your items within 14 days of receipt, in re-

salable condition, together with a brief note confirming your name, order number and

why you are returning the goods, for a full no-quibble refund. Unfortunately we are un-

able to refund postage and packing costs unless the goods are faulty.
